EPA TO ELIMINATE 4 HOUR EXPOSURE RESTRICTION1) EPA to eliminate the 4 hour exposure restriction in September 07 when PPO is reregistered but residue studies must be submitted for each change. ABERCO has already submitted required studies for a 12 hour spice exposure (including basil) which will make PPO as efficient as ETO when treating spices. Nuts will be allowed a 6 hour exposure for better kill at lower dose.
